We can't guarantee that we will always be available or that our services will be perfect.

Travel Bookings via Bebaly

Bebaly is not a travel agent. We help you book with others, but they are responsible for what they offer. Read their terms. If there's a problem, we can help you solve it with them.

Limitations and Exclusions of Liability

Bebaly is not responsible for problems you have with others you find on Bebaly. We're not responsible for what others advertise. We can't be blamed if something goes wrong. But, we're here to help.

User's Liability to Us

If you break the rules, you're responsible for any trouble it causes us.

Term and Termination

The deal starts when you use Bebaly. We can end it if needed.

General Provisions

If you use Bebaly wrong, we can stop you and even take legal action.

If any part of these rules doesn't work, the rest still does.

These rules are just between you and us. You can't give them to someone else. They replace any earlier rules.

If we don't enforce a rule, it doesn't mean we won't later.
