Bebaly is an experience discovery platform that connects you with unique activities hosted by trusted partners. We provide a secure marketplace and booking infrastructure — our partners create and run the experiences.
Bebaly charges a service fee of 10% on the listing price for each booking. This fee covers the cost of payment processing, platform maintenance, and customer support.
To create an experience, sign in to your Bebaly account, click the “Create Experience” button on your dashboard or profile menu, and complete the listing form with your details. After submission, go to the Listings page and select the “Edit” button under Gallery to upload high-quality photos. We recommend clear, authentic images — avoid graphics or text overlays so your visuals speak for themselves.
Hosts set their own prices based on factors like duration, group size, and included amenities. Bebaly does not dictate pricing — you have full control over how you price and package your experiences.
Host earnings are processed weekly. Bookings from Tuesday 00:00 to the following Tuesday 00:00 are disbursed every Wednesday. To receive payouts, make sure your payment details are up to date in your account settings; we currently support bank deposits and M-Pesa.
We accept bank deposits and M-Pesa. Other payment methods will be added soon. All payments are processed securely through our platform to protect your information.
Cancellation policies are set by each host. Please review the specific terms on the experience page or contact the host directly for details. If you encounter any issues, our team can help resolve disputes. Always make payments through our platform to ensure full protection.
To update your account information, please contact our team via email. We restrict certain changes to prevent fraudulent activity, so we’ll guide you through a secure verification process for updating your name, email, or payment details.
We use secure encryption and industry-standard payment processors to protect your data. Bebaly never stores your full payment details; all transactions are handled through PCI-compliant gateways.
